OverviewIf you suffer from cellulite you are certainly not alone.
Studies suggest that over 85% of women suffer from this condition otherwise known as ‘orange peel syndrome’. Most commonly found on the pelvic region, buttocks, lower limbs & abdomen. Cellulite is caused when swollen adipocytes (fat cells) push and strain against the septae (connective tissue) in your skin. The septae lose elasticity due to the loss of collagen and becomes hard and fibrous resulting in the skin pulling down to form deep ripples. We can help you win the war against cellulite with our clinically proven Ultimate Cellulite Reduction treatment. |
What Problems Can We Help You Solve?
The PureGenex cellulite reduction treatments can treat the following:
- Rippling 'orange peel' look on the surface of your skin

4D Ultrasonic Cavitation
The 4D Cavi treatment head emits ultrasonic sound energy at 40kHz at two separate modulations. Which penetrates the skin to a depth of approximately 8-9cm. This is just deep enough to reach the subcutaneous fat layer.
The ultrasonic sound energy causes low pressure bubbles to be formed within the fat cells causing the membranes to rupture and release the contents into the interstitial space (space between the fat cells). The second modulation causes a positive pressure wave though the interstitial space, promoting accelerated lymphatic drainage.
Within the next 24 to 48 hours you must undertake some for of exercise, preferably cardio vascular to increase your metabolic rate. Your body will use the fuel in your blood stream which includes the Fatty Acids and Triglycerides released by the Laser Lipolysis treatment.
Once the “fuel” in the blood stream is used up the Liver it will begin to target the remaining fat deposits (starting with those most easily broken down – the treated area) for further “fuel”.
Therefore, the more exercise you undertake in between treatments the better your results!
4D Cavi is a fantastic means of “reminding” your body of the long dormant fat deposits that no amount of exercise and dieting seem to be able to reach.

RF Skin Tightening
This is then followed up by 10 minutes of Radio Frequency (RF) treatment. The RF technology generates heat in the subcutaneous layer, selectively destroying the fibrous septae and promoting the re-growth or fresh healthy and flexible collagen fibres.
We recommend a course of 4-6 treatments, 1 every 2 weeks.

End Result
With the reduction in the size and number of fat cells plus more flexible and supple connective tissue, the skin is left feeling tighter and smoother and the ‘orange peel’ effect is noticeably reduced.
